Best matte topcoat!
This is THE best matte topcoat I’ve ever used in 40 years of painting my nails. Other ones will mattify but they become brittle and chip immediately. Not this one! It lasts until I remove it and never becomes shiny.
Very Pleased
Frosted Glass is a great matte top coat. It dulls the shine without looking dry or chalky. Application went on smoothly and it looks shiny when wet, but dries to nice satin matte finish. This is useful for nail art looks when the background should be subdued so other designs stand out.

Easy application and looks great. I tried over the overcast collection and it was very easy to work with and looks amazing.

You don't always want a matte topcoat; but when you do, you want this one. It goes on a little shiny, but quickly clouds over to show you how it will look. Once it LOOKS matte, it still needs time to cure, so be patient.
