it is a nice color, i personally love using it as a topper because it adds so much dimension to other colors
I wanted to like this one so bad!!
This was my biggest disappointment in the collection... The pics make it seem like a bold wintery blue with a sunrise-yellow overtone, but irl it was so pale it was almost invisible even after two coats!! I think it'd do beautifully over a periwinkle blue base, but as is it was basically just a barely-visible white-blue with a white-yellow shimmer on top. For the price it's going, I would want more than the ghost of colour :'((

the perfect frosty blue
this is my blue for winter and it looks so frosty and icy, and i just am in love with the finish. i don't have anything else in this finish but i am so glad i picked this one up
