Topper anyone?
I love all of ILNP's toppers! I use them when I want to change-up the look of a mani without removing what's there already. With 25 in my collection, I always have "just the right" effect and color.
Encore is so pretty!
I'm wearing Encore over Grace. It's so sparkly and hard to capture a proper photo in sunlight. I can't wait to try Encore over other colors!
