Eclipse (H) is the holographic version of our mystifying midnight black Ultra Chrome®.
Jaw-droppingly unique and intense, Eclipse (H) magically color shifts from a striking midnight black to a radiating fiery red! Depending on the angle of your fingertips, you may also notice shades of glowing orange, beaming gold, and even hints of teal. Adding to the intensity, holographic micro-flakes stand out against the rich black base for a beaming sparkle!
Eclipse (H) is part of ILNP’s Ultra Chrome® class of chromatic nail polishes; formulated to apply directly to the nail without the need for a base color.

Underwhelmed
I think this is just a me problem but I was just a little underwhelmed. I think I was hoping for maybe a little more contrast between the red and black shift. Or maybe the red was just too in line with my skin tone that it didn't really jump out much. I'm definitely glad I got it because it was worth a try but it's not my favorite.
Looks best in dispersed lighting I think. Show here on a cloudy day.

Eclipse is so pretty. I absolutely love it.

Truly looks like an eclipse! Lovely color shift from black to golden orange hues and a touch of holo.
Shift was a bit disappointing
Nice polish, however, not so 'red' as promised.
The shift is quite subtle.
