Lovely Scattered Holo
A great scattered holo, rich cobalt blue, rich and easily workable formula. I reach for this one all the time because I am such a blue girly. I find that the scattered holo is more evident in lower light, though you don't get the same WOW factor in bright sun as linear holos. Either way, this one is a keeper.
