Wish the specks were bigger but is def a good topper if you want a subtle look
Fun Party Vibes!
Confetti is beautiful and lives up to its name! It is such a cute topper for special occasions. I swatched it over white, ivory and light yellow and loved them all. The white was perfect for my birthday mani (see picture). And the ivory & yellow gave it birthday cake vibes! (See picture) This topper would look good over most pastels and bright colors for a fun party vibe!

I haven't quite found the perfect use for this color, there are definitely better toppers out there.
