Delicate color indoors, unabashed sparkle in the sun
Celeste is one of my favorite ILNP polishes. It is semi-sheer in one coat, providing just a hint of nail line with a very muted grey-lilac hue while indoors. But once you step into the sun...Holy moly! So much sparkle!
