Not What I Expected

I usually love ILNP polishes, but I was not a fan of this one. Based on the pictures, I thought it would have a lot more sparkle. It was more a plain dark eggplant with sparse little sparkles. It's a beautiful color, just not like the pictures and not what I thought I was getting. In my pictures, I'm wearing two coats. I'd recommend it to someone who is looking for a very clearly dark and vampy Halloween color. Not a dark shimmery purple.

Beautiful shade, but not really purple

This is a beautiful color, but definitely not as purple as the product images. It most lighting it’s closer to black, and almost brown in direct sunlight. It reflects purple in indirect overhead lighting (at least that’s what I have found) The polish was also a little thick and hard to work with when it arrived, but I added a few drops of nail polish thinner and it was good as new. It’s surprisingly forgiving for such a dark shade and doesn’t stain. Overall a gorgeous shade but not quite what I was expecting.

Almost black

If you’re looking for a deep purple with a red shift, this is not the polish for you! Bewitched is almost black. Yes, it’s a fun and unconventional take on a black polish, but be careful when choosing this shade, as it may disappoint you if you’re expecting something more purple or red. It’s a really deep shade, and it looks much redder in pictures than it does in person. I like it, but it’s not my absolute favorite.
