Loaded with an assortment of silver flakes as well as a touch of over-sized holographic micro-flakes, Arctic Lights is sure to impress! The crisp blue shade of Arctic Lights coupled with hints of silver shining through work perfectly together to create a dramatically cold appearing finish.
Last but not least, you may even notice a slight color-shift from an icy blue to a rich navy blue in the right lighting conditions.

Just beautiful! I am hoping this doesn't fade as it has metallic flakes. It's perfect for the winter months, especially with the snowiness of January. There are so many underrated gems from ILNP and this is one of them :)

I am picky about what tones of blue I wear and I think Arctic Lights works great for winter and it's so sparkly!
Perfect winter color
I wear this color at the beginning of every year (currently wearing it now, since it is the first week of January). It is the hue of ice suffused with light caught from the night sky. Unique and captivating.
