We’re currently experiencing issues with USPS issuing tracking numbers that show incorrect / outdated tracking details. This is affecting a small number of our customers and is also impacting many other retailers in the US.
We’ve been in contact with USPS about this for weeks but unfortunately have had no luck in getting the issue resolved.
Please know that if you have received a shipping notification from us, even if the tracking number is bad, your order has been shipped and you should expect to receive it soon.
Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you receive your polishes no matter what!
