BEAUTIFUL blue!!
I adoreee deep sea blues like this! This is my favorite formula/finish from ILNP so I needed to have this color when I’m feeling the moody blues.

Dive right in!
I really do want to go swimming in this deep, juicy, cobalt blue. Strong scattered holo effect with just a little bit of linear holo in the right light. As always, I'm so impressed with how ILNP gives a depth of color without sacrificing sparkle. The formula is smooth and perfect and barely needs a second coat. This is going on my toes as soon as warmer weather hits!
