The sparkle to this is amazing! Such a beautiful jewel tone to this polish. 100% worth it!
Ruby slippers!
This is what I think of when I'm imagining Dorothy's slippers in Wizard of Oz! It also works great as a base to some of the jelly reds and shimmers (I used this under Bitten for a real vampy look!)
