Least favorite
I love ILNP, but this is my least favorite of the 20 or so I own! I wish I had returned it when I first got it, but I didn't try it right away. I love the formula and everything, but I just think the combination of colors look quite ugly on my nails. I love the other toppers I've tried, especially Party Popper! This really pales in comparison. But other reviewers seem to love it, so maybe it's just me!

Sprinkles!
I love ILNP's toppers. They are just so delicate. I love the visual effect of sprinkles that this topper gives.
Very colorful
It dried quickly and had a very even distribution of colors. The flakes are small enough you'll be able to see whatever color you have underneath, which is what I want in a topper. Looked very pretty. I wore it over Ink, a solid black
