Crisp summer blue
I love the sparkle in this collection and this shade is so refreshing.
In between Seaside and Harbour Island
This is similar in texture to Seaside and Harbour Island where the holo seems like it's suspended jewels on your finger but this shade sits between those two for me. Love them all!
ILNP's Best
The "jelly scattered holo" formula is honestly the one ILNP does and this particular shade is no exception. Squishy, juicy, and sparkly all at once. I have this one as well as Seaside and Harbor Island (which is now discontinued); Surfboard sits right between those two in the balance of teal and blue.
