We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We gladly accept PayPal payments however, if your payment is made with an e-Check, your order will not be shipped until the check clears.
ILNP Gift Cards (and eGift Cards) can be used towards your entire ILNP order, including shipping.
Orders typically take less than 24 hours to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the nature of pre-orders, processing times vary. You will be informed during the pre-order checkout process of the anticipated ship date of your order.

Shipping Information (US, Canada, International)
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority mail.
According to the USPS website, domestic packages typically take between two to three business days to be delivered.
As of right now, international shipping is available, however, we are unable to provide accurate estimates on delivery time. International customers typically receive their orders within 7 to 14 business days but some orders have taken as long as 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Tracking numbers for international packages are provided, however, the tracking information provided by the USPS does not update after the parcel has left the United States. This means that the last update you will see about your package before you receive it will be that it has departed the United States. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will not be able to provide you with any additional information about the whereabouts of your packages.
Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.
We kindly ask that all international customers wait at least 20 BUSINESS DAYS before contacting us regarding a missing package.

The moment we print your postage you will be notified via email that your order has shipped. This email contains tracking details as well as a direct link you can click on to track your package.
If you were logged into your ILNP account when you made your purchase, your orders will be saved for easy referencing!
To track orders from your account, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click on the "My Orders" link to display your order history
- Locate the order you wish to track and click on the "View Order" link
- Click on the "Shipments" tab
- Click "Track this shipment" or use the tracking number details provided at the bottom to track the package yourself
ILNP.com collects sales taxes for orders delivered to the State of Nevada. We do not charge sales taxes on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund or store credit (minus shipping charges). This is totally okay with us! We will gladly accept returns provided the items are unopened and unused.
There will be a $1.95 restocking fee applied to each item returned for a refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
There are no restocking fees applied to returns for store credit. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store. This is the best way to "exchange" an item since you can take your time to select an ideal replacement and place your order whenever you please.
- Store credit coupons do not expire.
- Store credit coupons can be applied to anything in our store (including shipping charges).
- Store credit coupons can be given to another person if you do not wish to use them yourself.
The entire refund / store credit process takes between 3 to 7 business days following the receipt of the goods. If we have any questions or concerns with your request or items we will contact you by email.

ILNP also offers electronic gift cards that can be purchased through the ILNP.com website. Electronic gift cards along with your own personalized message are sent instantly to the desired recipient of your choice upon ordering.
Using Your Gift Card
Both physical and electronic gift cards work the same way and are as good as cash at ILNP.com. They will not expire and do no accrue monthly fees, ever.
