What is your vegan / cruelty free policy?
ILNP absolutely does not test our products on animals nor do we purchase materials from suppliers that do.
We make a conscious effort to avoid purchasing animal/insect derived materials like carmine and guanine/pearl, etc. as there are plenty of synthetic alternatives that perform the same or even better.
Are your nail polishes 3-Free?
Yes! All ILNP nail polishes are 3 free! They DO NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Dibutyl Phthalate.
What does 3-Free mean?
3-Free means that our nail polishes do not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Dibutyl Phthalate. These 3 ingredients were previously used in most nail polish formulations until recent studies found them to be potentially harmful or irritable to humans.
While these chemicals aren't illegal to use in nail polish (although California law requires special labeling if used), most large brands have already moved to 3-Free formulas at the urge of educated consumers as well as organizations that campaign for safe cosmetics.

How can I qualify for free shipping?
If the total (after discounts) of items in your shopping cart meet or exceed the thresholds below, you will automatically be given the option to select "Free Shipping" during checkout. No codes to enter, no hassle!
Spend $50 or more to receive free domestic shipping.
Spend $100 or more to receive free shipping to Canada.
Spend $200 or more to receive free shipping to anywhere else in the world.
What shipping method is used for free shipping?
Orders that take advantage of free shipping will be shipped via standard, non-expedited shipping. Typically (but not limited to), USPS First Class Mail.
Are there any restrictions?
Unfortunately, the free shipping offer does not apply to wholesale orders.
Can I combine multiple orders to meet free shipping thresholds?
Of course! If you accidentally placed multiple orders where the product total exceeds the free shipping thresholds above (and none have been processed or shipped yet), please click here to contact us so that we can combine your orders and refund your shipping charges!

Do you ever have sales?
We try to run at least one sale per year. If you're signed up to the ILNP Newsletter, you'll be informed a few days in advance of a sale on the horizon!
What are the pre-order discounts?
We're glad to offer $1.00 off of retail pricing for all pre-order products. This is done as a thank you for your trust as well as dealing with a longer order processing time.
What items are excluded from sales & discounts?
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are excluded from sales & discounts.
Lost or Damaged Goods
My nail polish arrived broken, what should I do?
We package orders thoroughly to ensure this doesn't happen but every once in a while it manages to ruin the day of a very small percentage of our customers. Although we're not technically responsible for the damage that occurs during transit, we'll be glad to replace your order for free (minus shipping). If this happened to you, please create a support ticket from your account or contact support by clicking here. We'll take care of you ASAP!
I never received my package, what should I do?
Please contact support so that we can assist you in trying to track your package. Please note that we kindly ask international customers to wait at least 14 BUSINESS DAYS until contacting us about a missing package.
